"Pretty disappointed"
Ordered 10 bare root trees. Only 3 made it past spring. I followed the instructions, so for the price, it was a letdown.

"Packed really neatly"
It arrived in good shape, and I actually noticed the packing more than I expected. The box wasn’t crushed, the corners looked fine, and everything inside was snug without being overdone with extra material. No issues at all...

"Helpful, but too much clicking around"
The tree learning pages are useful and not hard to read, which I appreciated. But i got a little annoyed because some of the info feels scattered around. I don’t have much patience for digging through multiple pages, so having to click around more than expected was kind of frustrating.

"I Just Don’t Trust the Planting Numbers"
I don’t really trust their planting numbers. Every time I look at what they claim, it just feels off to me. I keep coming back to the same problem: the numbers don’t feel believable, and I don’t feel like they’re being clear enough about how they’re counting everything. Maybe they are planting what they say they are, but I don’t trust the way it’s presented. It just doesn’t give me confidence.

I ordered a few tree seedlings and was disappointed when they arrived. Most of them were really tiny and already looked dried out. I planted them right away and did what I was supposed to, but only a couple seem like they might survive. I love the idea behind it, but the quality just wasn’t great, and it kind of felt like once they showed up in rough shape, it became my problem to deal with.

"Finally Found What I Needed"
I’ll give them credit, they actually had plenty of native trees and shrubs to choose from, which is more than I can say for a lot of places I checked. Ordering was easy too, thankfully, because I was already tired of digging around trying to find what I needed.

"Delivery Took Longer Than Expected"
I ordered a few trees from arborday, and the checkout process was simple. The main issue was the shipping. It took longer than I expected, and I didn’t get very clear updates while I was waiting, which made the whole thing feel a little uncertain. I understand plants ship when they’re ready, but better communication would have helped a lot. Everything did arrive okay in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do feel like a small credit or some kind of compensation would be fair given the delay and lack of updates

They came out and replaced my tree, and it went really smoothly. It was one of those things I kept putting off, like fixing a squeaky door, cleaning the garage, or finally dealing with that loose fence board, but they made it easy. The old tree was looking rough, kind of sad and worn out, and the new one looks so much better in the yard. They showed up, handled the work, cleaned up after themselves, and didn’t leave a big mess behind like broken branches, dirt piles, or random tools sitting around. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

"I tried ordering some trees, but…"
I tried ordering some trees, but after a while I noticed the same pattern over and over: pages loading slowly, menus not quite making sense, then checkout adding even more friction. I kept thinking maybe it was just one page, but it happened enough times that I gave up after about 20 minutes. Just ended up being more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"I really like what Arbor Day…"
I really like what Arbor Day is trying to do, and the donation process was simple. No complaints there. My only hang-up was that I couldn’t easily tell how much of my donation actually goes straight toward planting trees versus other costs. They do have some info available, but I had to click around a bit, which, i don’t always have the patience for, and it still felt a little vague. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the donation breakdown was clearer right from the start.

"Showed Up Sooner Than I Thought"
I was expecting it to take a bit longer, so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived ahead of schedule. To me, that made the whole experience feel smooth and reliable.

"Not the best experience"
So... I really wasn’t too impressed with arborday.org. The website felt a bit confusing to use, and the updates on my order took longer than I expected. Overall, it just felt like more hassle than it was worth. I was hoping for a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

I ordered a tree and the planting instructions on arborday were literally so helpful. The steps were simple, easy to follow, and not confusing at all. My little tree is doing good so far, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Alive tree, but the info was too general"
I ordered a tree that was listed as being good for my zone, so I figured it would be fine. Turns out, not really. The heat and soil where I live just aren’t a great match for it, even though the zone number technically lined up. I guess zones only tell part of the story, kind of like how a recipe says “season to taste” and then you somehow ruin dinner anyway. Customer service was fine, nothing terrible, but the website info felt way too broad. I wish they had more specific regional warnings instead of just relying on zone numbers. The tree did arrive alive, so I’m giving 2 stars, but next time I’d probably ask a local nursery before ordering.

I ordered from arborday and it went fine for the most part, but I was kind of confused during the process. The website looked legit and I did get my order info, so that helped, but the updates were slower than I expected and I wasn’t really sure what was going on for a while. Nothing bad actually happened, it just didn’t give me that totally confident, 5-star feeling. I might order from them again, but I’d probably double-check the details first next time...

"Bad first impression with the refund process"
My first impression wasn’t great, and unfortunately it hasn’t gotten better. I asked for a refund twice and I’m still waiting. Support keeps sending what feel like copy-and-paste replies instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience overall.

"Felt Ignored"
I reached out for help and it took days to get a reply. By the time they finally responded, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much anyway. i just felt ignored through the whole process.

"Updates Were Kinda Late"
I did get some updates, but they came late and didn’t explain much. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kinda frustrating when you’re waiting and not really sure what’s going on.
